Health Clinic at Tolleson Civic Center

The Tolleson Fire Department, and Maricopa County Public Health, will be hosting a vaccine clinics at the Tolleson Civic Center.

The events are held at the Tolleson Civic Center, 9055 W. Van Buren St. - See map

Schedule:

• Tuesday, May 9th, 1:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Vaccines we will be offering:

• COVID-19 Vaccines
  Moderna Bivalent, Pfizer Bivalent.
• Flu Shots for all ages.
• Hep A, Hep B, HPV, Tdap, MMR, and Varicell a for ages 19 years and older.
• Shingles for ages 50 and older.
• Prev20 (Pneumococcal) for ages 65 and older.

Walk-ins are welcomed but appointments are encouraged to help plan the amount of staff needed. To schedule an appointment please call 602-506-6767.
