1. What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

Report the loss immediately to prevent unwanted charges on your account.  You can replace your library card by showing photo ID and paying a $2 replacement card fee.

2. What if my address or phone number has changed?

Please notify the library as soon as possible if your address, telephone number or email address has changed.  All library accounts are updated annually, at which time proof of address is provided and contact information is verified.

3. How do I access my online account?

To access an account online, click My Account in the top right-hand corner of any page on the library website.  You will then need to enter your library card number and password to log in.

4. Will you let me know if my items are late?

When you check out your materials, you will get a receipt with the items and due dates listed.  You will be notified by mail if your materials are overdue, or you can opt for advance notice of upcoming return dates via email or text message by asking library staff to activate this service in your library account.
