How does a minor get a library card?

A parent or legal guardian must present a photo ID with a current piece of mail - such as a utility bill- (postmarked within the last 90 days) with their current name and address to register for a library card for a minor (children under 18). Both parent and child must be present in order to register for a library card.  Students in grades 9-12 may use their student ID as proof of residence for a library card registration.
