COVID-19 Vaccines/Boosters and Wellness Screenings at the Tolleson Fire Department

The Tolleson Fire Department, University of Arizona College of Public Health,  and Maricopa County Public Health will be hosting COVID-19 Vaccination/Boosters and Wellness Screenings at the Tolleson Fire Department, 203 N 92nd Ave.

Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson Vaccines will be available for ages 6 months and older as allowed under CDC guidelines.

Wellness Screenings are for adults 18 and over checking blood pressure, glucose, A1C, and BMI.

Walk-ins are welcomed but appointments are encouraged to help plan the amount of staff needed. To schedule an appointment please call 602-506-6767. Hablamos Español.
