The Employee Resources Department creates and maintains new programs to enhance the overall workforce while meeting Council and Managements' goals and objectives. Services the Employee Resources Department provides to the organization include recruitment, retention, leave administration, training and development, performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefits renewals, and benefits administration.
