If you want to be a food or craft/product vendor for the City of Tolleson special events, please email our Events Team at events@tolleson.az.gov  to be added to the special events e-mail list. Thank you for your interest!

Special Event Permit

A Special Event Permit is required when an event:

  • Is held on City property or impedes, obstructs, impairs, interferes or disrupts normal or usual use of City property, facilities or right-of-way; or

  • Requires the use of any City resource or services that would not be necessary in the absence of such a special event; or

  • Is a grand opening, sidewalk sale, seasonal sale or special vehicle seasonal sale.

Special Event Permit

Planning an event in Tolleson? A Special Event Permit may be required if your event is held on City property, affects traffic or public spaces, or requires City support services. Permits are also required for grand openings, sidewalk sales, seasonal sales, and special vehicle seasonal sales.
