Employee Resources Director Wendy Jackson

In her capacity as the Employee Resources Director at the City of Tolleson, Wendy Jackson takes on the responsibility of addressing employee headcount and retention requirements across 14 diverse divisions within the city. With a robust background spanning over 20 years, she boasts a proven track record in organizational development and labor relations.

Wendy's professional journey includes a tenure at Marriott International, where she held progressively responsible human resource positions. Her accomplishments are highlighted by accolades such as being honored as Manager of the Quarter and for her outstanding contributions to Diversity Leadership. Significantly, she held the esteemed position of elected Co-Chair of the Marriot Northeast Region Diversity Council. Her portfolio also encompasses the successful conception and execution of Marriott’s Northeast Region Women’s Leadership Conference, as well as the revitalization of the Northeast Region Diversity Council’s Mentoring Program for Managers.
